Privacy choices
ReachPilot uses browser storage and related technologies for service delivery, privacy choices and optional first-party analytics. Signed-in services also use authentication technologies; these differ from public marketing pages. Managing choices Use the Privacy choices control when available to review or withdraw optional choices. Rejecting optional categories disables those choices. A consent banner appears when optional services are configured; signed draft previews do not record public consent and should not be used as proof of production tracking. Server consent records default to 730 days and privacy-request records to 1,095 days, subject to review and legal-hold exceptions. These periods differ from browser preferences and analytics retention. Questions or requests: contact@zognitive.com.
- Necessary technologies
- Cloudflare supports website delivery and infrastructure security. Clerk supports authentication for signed-in services. The technologies present depend on the service surface and whether you sign in. They are not all advertising trackers.
- Privacy preferences
- We store privacy choices locally by site origin and policy version. A random consent-subject identifier supports consent recording. No automatic expiry was identified for these local preference records. Clearing browser storage removes the local choice; a changed policy version may request a new choice.
- Optional analytics
- The production first-party analytics gate is enabled, but analytics requires the verified website host and a recorded consent choice. If consent recording fails or browser storage is unavailable, analytics is not enabled by the observed implementation. Optional categories start disabled. Sending an inquiry is separate from analytics consent. Analytics uses a seven-day visitor identifier and a session that expires after thirty minutes of inactivity. Server identifiers are site-salted hashes. Raw events and identifier membership are retained seven days; daily aggregates ninety days. Traffic-source reporting avoids raw referring URLs and query strings. Coarse country information can be derived from infrastructure metadata.
- Third-party marketing
- The current platform audit did not establish Google Analytics, Meta tracking or arbitrary third-party marketing scripts. We will update this notice and any required choices if relevant technologies change.
