Our service and your agreement

ReachPilot is a product of Zognitive AI Private Limited and provides a managed website service. Registered-office address: No.3-1-169A/4F, Kabela Rd, RR Nagar Vidhyadharapuram, Kamakotinagar, Vijayawada (Urban), NTR-520012, Andhra Pradesh. We discuss your requirements and provide a written proposal describing the scope, responsibilities, fees and commercial terms. A request for a free preview is an inquiry. The individual proposal specifies how an agreement is accepted.

Current owner-approved published-price draft uses Starter From $99/month and Growth From $229/month in USD; Premium remains Tailored quote. Final price depends on business size and agreed scope. No numeric setup fee is documented. Planned features such as AI visibility, live scheduling, confirmed bookings and CRM/funnel functions are included only if expressly agreed and available. A marketing description does not itself establish a delivery commitment.

Charges, renewal and cancellation

Your individual proposal states the agreed price, applicable taxes, payment timing, service start and any renewal arrangements. No automatic renewal is assumed in this draft.

Billing is monthly. If you cancel, service continues through the end of your current paid monthly billing period. Cancellation does not give a refund for the unused part of that period, except where applicable mandatory consumer or statutory rights require otherwise. Billing-provider selection remains deferred. These terms do not promise automatic charging, suspension or a refund process that has not been implemented or agreed.

Customer responsibilities and content

You provide the business information and content needed for the agreed work and review requested approvals. You must have the permissions needed to supply material for publication and use the service lawfully. Any content ownership or licensing terms are stated in your individual proposal.

Do not use general inquiry forms to send patient records, passwords or other sensitive personal information. Any service involving such information requires an expressly agreed scope and appropriate arrangements.

Domains and leaving the service

Domains are customer-owned. If ReachPilot purchases a domain on your behalf, it is registered using your legal ownership details and charged separately at cost; ownership, renewal and transfer-support details must be recorded. The individual proposal states the relevant domain procedure and customer obligations.

Any content export or transfer assistance, its scope, delivery method, timing and applicable fees must be specified in your individual proposal. This draft does not promise an unverified export deadline.

Results, availability and support

The agreed scope governs delivery and support. Search ranking, AI discovery, inquiries and bookings depend on factors beyond the website and are not guaranteed by this draft. Any specific support or maintenance commitment is stated in your individual proposal.

Privacy, changes and contact

Personal information is handled as described in the approved Privacy and Cookies policies. Material changes and their applicable notice or acceptance arrangements require review before adoption.
